In the 13th minute Ilie Hurmuz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Orlandus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th minute, Reynaldo Lira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Timo! fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 18th minute Ilie Hurmuz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Orlandus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Ilie Hurmuz made a precise shot to the right of Marcial Orlandus. Guanacos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Guanacos's Marcial Orlandus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reynaldo Lira in the 25th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ilie Hurmuz got free with Marcial Orlandus in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marcial Orlandus made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Izydor Karbowski sent off a good shot on target. If Ilie Hurmuz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 43 minutes into the match, Timo!'s goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Pierres came free, but Elpidio Amor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th minute, Timo!'s Reynaldo Lira ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marcial Orlandus. Marcial Orlandus yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0.

Guanacos's Danilo Sanchez got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 54th minute, Paulo Pierres fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Reynaldo Lira in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcial Orlandus saved Guanacos from getting behind. Paulo Pierress short, quick shot in the 60thth minute got Elpidio Amor to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Paulo Pierres had several of the Timo!'s defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 60 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-1 score and a disappointed Elpidio Amor as he didn't even see the shot coming. Marcial Orlandus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Izydor Karbowski in the 63rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcelo Mendebal got free with Elpidio Amor in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marcial Orlandus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ilie Hurmuz in the 73rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Danilo Sanchez in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elpidio Amor saved Timo! from getting behind. 76 minutes had been played when some careless play by Timo!'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Danilo Sanchez was slow to take the kick. During this time Guanacos's players had a chance to rest. Ilie Hurmuz's late challenge caught a Guanacos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ilie Hurmuz helped the player get up and apologised. After 76 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Timo!! Elpidio Amor had in the 77thth minute some difficulties stopping Angelino Clemencin's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Elpidio Amor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danilo Sanchez in the 81st minute of the match. Paulo Pierres could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Elpidio Amor made a huge save. With an all-out effort, Guanacos's Elpidio Amor threw himself towards the right post 84 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Marcelo Mendebal, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Marcial Orlandus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reynaldo Lira in the 86th minute of the match.
