Santiago Gitano struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Roberto Bonano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BOCHINI Y BERTONI. Rolando Cidro scored 0-2 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Torsten Västerberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Roberto Bonano came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by BOCHINI Y BERTONI's Godfredo Feliu. But to his dismay, Godfredo Feliu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Deportivo Pergamino's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Albino Jeraldo in the 25th minute. The corner ended in Nunez Oroitz almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but BOCHINI Y BERTONI's Torsten Västerberg did a great save. Deportivo Pergamino's Roberto Bonano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Deportivo Pergamino from getting a goal against them. Deportivo Pergamino's Roberto Bonano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godfredo Feliu in the 31st minute of play. In the 34th minute Godfredo Feliu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roberto Bonano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Torsten Västerberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rolando Cidro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Torsten Västerberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carolo Jerardo in the 42nd minute of play. Deportivo Pergamino's Albino Jeraldo got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carolo Jerardo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Torsten Västerberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nunez Oroitz in the 51st minute. After 52 played minutes BOCHINI Y BERTONI got a freekick which was hit by Villiam Billing. Torsten Västerberg acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 54th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Albino Jeraldo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Braulio Frutos in the 57th minute of play forced Deportivo Pergamino's goalkeeper Roberto Bonano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roberto Bonano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godfredo Feliu in the 58th minute of play. The throw-in from Dario Remigio in the 60th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by BOCHINI Y BERTONI's Melchor Niva. Roberto Bonano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godfredo Feliu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Albino Jeraldo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Torsten Västerberg came out and tried to block the shot, but Albino Jeraldo slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 63rd minute. Roberto Bonano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Braulio Frutos in the 66th minute of the match. In the 68th minute Santiago Gitano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roberto Bonano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Torsten Västerberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carolo Jerardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Deportivo Pergamino's Roberto Bonano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godfredo Feliu in the 73rd minute of play. In the 75th minute, Santiago Gitano made a precise shot to the right of Roberto Bonano. Deportivo Pergamino's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. BOCHINI Y BERTONI made a substitution. Cecep Ballawi replaced Villiam Billing. 80 minutes into the match, BOCHINI Y BERTONI's goal looked a bit too open when Kang Li came free, but Torsten Västerberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albino Jeraldo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Torsten Västerberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. After 83 minutes BOCHINI Y BERTONI's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Albino Jeraldo who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Deportivo Pergamino's Albino Jeraldo to fire away a dangerous shot which Torsten Västerberg despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nunez Oroitz got free with Torsten Västerberg in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 88 minutes into the match, Godfredo Feliu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roberto Bonano. Deportivo Pergamino's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Godfredo Feliu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. In the 91st minute, Godfredo Feliu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roberto Bonano was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kang Li in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Torsten Västerberg saved BOCHINI Y BERTONI from getting behind. Deportivo Pergamino's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
