If Emiliano Cordero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alípio Torres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emiliano Cordero, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. 47 minutes into the match, Jabones Tocadores's goal looked a bit too open when Emiliano Cordero came free, but Alípio Torres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Edward Västerberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alípio Torres. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edward Västerberg ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Jabones Tocadores booed when C.F.Fuenlabrada was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dionisio Evis didn't get a good kick on the ball. C.F.Fuenlabrada's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
