Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Xandro Sacristán to make the kick off. Orlando Mena struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Geronimo Eleazar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jabones Tocadores. Thanks to some nice moves Aureliano Buendia could shoot a difficult shot in the 54th minute, which Alípio Torres however easily saved by the left post. Albardón F.C's Juan Galo was substituted for Rafael Lopez. Aureliano Buendia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 85 minutes, Orlando Mena managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jabones Tocadores's supporters crossed their fingers, but Orlando Mena was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 87 minutes into the match, Orlando Mena had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Geronimo Eleazar. Albardón F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Orlando Mena was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Aureliano Buendia might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alípio Torres. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aureliano Buendia ran back to his position shaking his head. Alípio Torres made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aureliano Buendia in the 94th minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 95th minute of the game. One of Jabones Tocadores:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Albardón F.C:s goal. 99 minutes had been played when some careless play by Jabones Tocadores's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gustavo Barros Schelotto was slow to take the kick. During this time Albardón F.C's players had a chance to rest. Gustavo Barros Schelotto made a great header on Albardón F.C's corner, it was just that Jabones Tocadores's Alípio Torres managed to reach the ball for a save. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Jabones Tocadores fans cheered their team off the field, for while Albardón F.C had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
