After 6 minutes of play, Terremoto FC's Shi Ming made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anton Björnberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! 14 minutes into the game, Shi Ming cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Anton Björnberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Shi Ming sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Naboonga Wild Katt FC's attentive Rodolfo Cordero managed to snatch the ball when Pablo Herrera made a throw-in in the 19th minute of the game. If Quentin Francis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 23rd minute Quentin Francis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kenneth Libesoons saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kenneth Libesoons took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Quentin Francis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kenneth Libesoons showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Quentin Francis in the 27th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Shi Ming's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anton Björnberg was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Terremoto FC's goalkeeper Kenneth Libesoons, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 38 minutes into the match, Naboonga Wild Katt FC's goal looked a bit too open when Shi Ming came free, but Anton Björnberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kenneth Libesoons took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jim Morrison, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Naboonga Wild Katt FC's Ovidio Hitzeder got a free kick in the 45th minute. In the 46th minute Shi Ming shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anton Björnberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 46 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Shi Ming sped through Naboonga Wild Katt FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Anton Björnberg. After the first half Terremoto FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Quentin Francis made a kick off. Quentin Francis might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kenneth Libesoons. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Quentin Francis ran back to his position shaking his head. Kenneth Libesoons made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quentin Francis in the 52nd minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, Quentin Francis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kenneth Libesoons. Terremoto FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Quentin Francis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. 60 minutes into the match, Terremoto FC's goal looked a bit too open when Quentin Francis came free, but Kenneth Libesoons reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Quentin Francis in the 66th minute of play forced Terremoto FC's goalkeeper Kenneth Libesoons to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 76 minutes into the match, Quentin Francis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kenneth Libesoons. Terremoto FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Quentin Francis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Terremoto FC's Kenneth Libesoons played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Silban in the 80th minute of play. A collision led to Naboonga Wild Katt FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Ovidio Hitzeder hit a great ball. In the 84th minute, Manuel Silban ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kenneth Libesoons was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. Terremoto FC's attentive Pablo Herrera managed to snatch the ball when Ovidio Hitzeder made a throw-in in the 87th minute of the game. 90 minutes into the match, Manuel Silban notched a goal, 4-3, to the right of Terremoto FC's Kenneth Libesoons. Kenneth Libesoons was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dan Wiberg kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Anton Björnberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hilario Duarte, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Terremoto FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Naboonga Wild Katt FC.
