The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Andrew Robertson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. Fisica UNT:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Ahmet Korkut Ateşoğlu thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Dražen Ladić, a very annoying self made goal in the 14th minute which led to 0-1. A collision led to Barrilete Cósmico FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Isidoro Hondo hit a great ball. Fabian Burowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcelo Cordero in the 24th minute. In the 26th minute, Narciso Gaitano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dražen Ladić was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 范升扬 took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dražen Ladić. Dražen Ladić dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 36th minute 范升扬 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dražen Ladić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dražen Ladić took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 范升扬, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paulino Admon made in the 44th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Conor Gallagher however managed to control. The Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Barrilete Cósmico FC were winning 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcelo Cordero stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 范升扬 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dražen Ladić took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 范升扬, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's Dražen Ladić got control of the ball when 范升扬 tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelo Cordero in the 66th minute of play forced Barrilete Cósmico FC's goalkeeper Fabian Burowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd minute Marcelo Cordero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Burowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's attack was well implemented in the 72nd minute, but when Marcelo Cordero was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Barrilete Cósmico FC made a substitution. Fabiano Ornelas replaced 范升扬. Barrilete Cósmico FC's Nicasio Ostargi was substituted for Alonzo Caton. Dražen Ladić showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabiano Ornelas, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. After having played for 81 minutes, Fabiano Ornelas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barrilete Cósmico FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabiano Ornelas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 83 played minutes Barrilete Cósmico FC got a freekick which was hit by Rodrigo Mazur. Martín Ferreyra took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 84th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fabian Burowski. Barrilete Cósmico FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Barrilete Cósmico FC's Narciso Gaitano quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Bernardino Txanton, made in the 88th minute of the game. Dražen Ladić was a little too slow when Fabiano Ornelas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 89th minute. The score was now 0-4. In the 93rd minute Marcelo Cordero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Burowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 93 minutes into the match, Marcelo Cordero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fabian Burowski. Barrilete Cósmico FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcelo Cordero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Barrilete Cósmico FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
