The audience thought a goal was coming when Julian Silviano got free with Astor Ruy in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The corner led Chelco FC's Serafin Dabi to fire away a dangerous shot which Astor Ruy despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The Chelco FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. BloodHounds F.C. were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Julian Silviano to strike the kick off in the second half. BloodHounds F.C.'s Astor Ruy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Silviano in the 63rd minute of play. If Esteve Quintan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. BloodHounds F.C. made a substitution. In the 93rd minute Godofredo Ugutz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Astor Ruy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, BloodHounds F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Baldomero Rufio came free, but Astor Ruy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The BloodHounds F.C. supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing BloodHounds F.C. would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
