An unexpectedly hard shot by Guillermo Frank in the 23rd minute of play forced TORQUE F.C.'s goalkeeper Elpidio Bilintx to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rogério Ceni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pastor Bernad in the 24th minute of the match. Baltasar Atarratze recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 29th minute, Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's Chesney Colman seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Chesney Colman the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Belgrano LOS PIRATAS protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Chesney Colman had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Belgrano LOS PIRATAS fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 29th minute. Penalty! Rogério Ceni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dominik Klawki, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Ieltxu got free with Rogério Ceni in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dave Mancinelli to make the kick off. Rogério Ceni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dominik Klawki in the 53rd minute of the match. 60 minutes into the match, Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Ieltxu came free, but Rogério Ceni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eulalio Jago's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Elpidio Bilintx read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristian Ieltxu in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rogério Ceni prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's Rogério Ceni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Ieltxu in the 91st minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Belgrano LOS PIRATAS players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for TORQUE F.C..
