Guinglain Herrington took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gwyneira Cain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Kynwal Durling fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored UWA Newtown's protests and gave Kynwal Durling a yellow card for diving instead. Kynwal Durling kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Gwyglet Snobscat's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 32ndth minute, Llyr Harvey skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gwyglet Snobscat got free with Llyr Harvey in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Gusg Factor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gwyneira Cain fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guinglain Herrington having to interfere. UWA Newtown's Gwyglet Snobscat got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nerth Cain got free with Llyr Harvey in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Rhun Cleary made the kick off in the second half. Rhun Cleary sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. UWA Newtown's Gwyglet Snobscat got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Swansea's Llyr Harvey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rhun Cleary in the 77th minute of play. The supporters of UWA Newtown booed when Swansea was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maelwys Gorman didn't get a good kick on the ball. 81 minutes into the match, UWA Newtown's Conwy Ball broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. UWA Newtown's Guinglain Herrington played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gwyneira Cain in the 96th minute of play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
