The audience was convinced that Barri Fox's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Robat Aykroyd was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. Drudwas Feeny scored 1-0 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ofydd Hutton, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Drudwas Feeny could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Ofydd Hutton made a huge save. Ofydd Hutton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iau Keene in the 20th minute of play. Ofydd Hutton made an important save on a dangerous shot by Drudwas Feeny in the 21st minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wren Glidden during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Drudwas Feeny struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Ofydd Hutton didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UWA Swansea. 27 minutes into the match, Llandudno's goalkeeper Ofydd Hutton had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hywel Cranston. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind UWA Swansea's goalkeeper Robat Aykroyd, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Wren Glidden received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Robat Aykroyd tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 41 minutes into the match, Llandudno's goalkeeper Ofydd Hutton had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Drudwas Feeny. In the 44th minute Iau Keene shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ofydd Hutton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Barri Fox was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to UWA Swansea getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Drew Heanaghan hit a great ball. Ofydd Hutton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hywel Cranston in the 56th minute of play. Ofydd Hutton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iau Keene in the 58th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Drudwas Feeny in the 63rd minute of play forced Llandudno's goalkeeper Ofydd Hutton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute Hywel Cranston shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ofydd Hutton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th minute, Penvro Fischer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Robat Aykroyd was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. With his leg Robat Aykroyd managed to avoid a goal in the 72ndth minute, when Llandudno's Barri Fox fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Barri Fox managed to get in a good position for a shot. Llandudno's supporters rose to their feet, but Barri Fox was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robat Aykroyd breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Robat Aykroyd made an important save on a dangerous shot by Penvro Fischer in the 78th minute. After 85 played minutes Llandudno got a freekick which was hit by Aeddan Bishop. After 88 minutes of play, UWA Swansea's Drudwas Feeny made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ofydd Hutton was left in no man's land by his defense there! Llandudno's Ofydd Hutton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Drudwas Feeny in the 92nd minute of play. Barri Fox fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robat Aykroyd having to interfere. In the 96th minute, Penvro Fischer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Llandudno's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
