The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Dyvyr Chaney was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 71st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Rhyd Kilkelly came out of the goal and Casnar Ingersoll tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 96th play minutes Casnar Ingersoll shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Rhyd Kilkelly and just under the crossbar into goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched UWA Bridgend eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
