The referee ignored UWA Llanberis's protests and gave Tarrant Frisby a yellow card for diving instead. After 35 played minutes UWA Llanberis got a freekick which was hit by Tarrant Frisby. Gusg Gunton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Neb Day having to interfere. After 37 minutes, Mael Findley mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the UWA Llanberis and the UWA Llandudno players grew even worse after the yellow card.
