Llandysul's Ardwyad Coffren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dilwyn Gilboy in the 7th minute of play. Ren Fox sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 9th match minute, Llandysul was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ysgawyn Biddwell to maneuver through the defense. Ardwyad Coffren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ren Fox in the 15th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ren Fox in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ardwyad Coffren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Ren Fox had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Llandysul getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Meical Gray hit a great ball. In the 26th minute Ren Fox shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ardwyad Coffren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the game, Bridgend's Griffith Jones nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ardwyad Coffren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. The supporters of Llandysul booed when Bridgend was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Heulyn Abdelmaseh didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gwilym Erwin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Llandysul getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Pennar Flannery hit a great ball. In the 35th minute of the match, Griffith Jones got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ardwyad Coffren was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. With a little luck, Llandysul's Ardwyad Coffren got control of the ball when Griffith Jones tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pennar Flannery charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pennar Flannery the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 39 played minutes Llandysul got a freekick which was hit by Pennar Flannery. Ren Fox might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ardwyad Coffren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ren Fox ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Bridgend's Heulyn Abdelmaseh got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Drych Doran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gwilym Erwin, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ren Fox to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Gwallter Flanders hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Griffith Jones had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ren Fox in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ardwyad Coffren saved Llandysul from getting behind. 56 minutes into the match, Ren Fox notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Llandysul's Ardwyad Coffren. Ardwyad Coffren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Griffith Jones recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 61st minute Griffith Jones shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ardwyad Coffren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Griffith Jones fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ardwyad Coffren having to interfere. Marrock Jordan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Drych Doran made a huge save. Gwilym Erwin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Drych Doran having to interfere. With his leg Drych Doran managed to avoid a goal in the 74thth minute, when Llandysul's Marrock Jordan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 79 minutes into the game, Cynbal Tanner was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bridgend's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Llandysul the free kick. In the 79th match minute, Bridgend was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cynbal Tanner to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gwilym Erwin in the 81st minute of play forced Bridgend's goalkeeper Drych Doran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ardwyad Coffren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ren Fox, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Bridgend had won after a very even match.
