In the 34th minute of the match, Bradwr Catton tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Accalon Hanson saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Myrddin Connell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mordwywr Haycook's late challenge caught a Chepstow 's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mordwywr Haycook helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Chepstow booed when FC Lab was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mordwywr Haycook didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bradwr Catton was the one to do the kick off. Sinnoch Leek scored 1-1 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eudav Keller, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
