The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pelles Blair during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 8 played minutes Floreat Salopia got a freekick which was hit by Pelles Blair. Lug Farley's late challenge caught a Floreat Salopia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lug Farley helped the player get up and apologised. Dewey Lea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Beli Chain's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. Calder Ludden sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 24 minutes, Gwythyr Ellen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vitaminsizler's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gwythyr Ellen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Cadoc Hicks took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Dewey Lea to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ffodor Darwin in the 30th minute of play forced Vitaminsizler's goalkeeper Dewey Lea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 41 played minutes Vitaminsizler got a freekick which was hit by Calder Ludden.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cadoc Hicks was the one to do the kick off. When Calder Ludden came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Vitaminsizler fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Calder Ludden couldn't finish the play. Dewey Lea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cadoc Hicks, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Dewey Lea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Perceval Kidd in the 69th minute of the match. Ffodor Darwin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 75th minute, Deiniol Almoner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gwythyr Ellen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Granwen Day having to interfere. Calder Ludden sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 85th match minute, Floreat Salopia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ffodor Darwin to maneuver through the defense. If Gwythyr Ellen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91st minute, Calder Ludden got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Floreat Salopia support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
