Spectators: 7652 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1877, VIP seats: 150) Denbigh Rovers's Caledvwich Farr started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Merlin Fox kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. When Cadfan Lattimore came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Denbigh Rovers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cadfan Lattimore couldn't finish the play. Gormant Joyner made an important save on a dangerous shot by Newlin Gillespie in the 9th minute. When Caledvwich Farr came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Denbigh Rovers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Caledvwich Farr couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cadfan Lattimore in the 12th minute of play forced UWA Bangor's goalkeeper Gormant Joyner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Caledvwich Farr notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of UWA Bangor's Gormant Joyner. Gormant Joyner was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 18thth minute of the game Cadfan Lattimore who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but UWA Bangor's Gormant Joyner was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Caledvwich Farr received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Gormant Joyner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of UWA Bangor booed when Denbigh Rovers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Newlin Gillespie didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, UWA Bangor's Dyvyr Fairbrother got a free kick in the 22nd minute. In the 26th match minute, UWA Bangor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Caledvwich Edwards to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Denbigh Rovers's Newlin Gillespie got a free kick in the 32nd minute. 34 minutes into the game, Anwar Irvine was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. UWA Bangor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Denbigh Rovers the free kick. In the 34th minute, Anwar Irvine hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cadfan Lattimore recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gormant Joyner stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cadfan Lattimore's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. In the 47th minute, Dalldav Icemonger left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Denbigh Rovers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anwar Irvine was the one to do the kick off. When Newlin Gillespie came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Denbigh Rovers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Newlin Gillespie couldn't finish the play. If Cadfan Lattimore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 60th minute, Caledvwich Farr got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 62ndth minute of the game Caledvwich Farr who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but UWA Bangor's Gormant Joyner was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind UWA Bangor's goalkeeper Gormant Joyner, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gormant Joyner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caledvwich Farr in the 64th minute of play. In the 68th minute Caledvwich Farr shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gormant Joyner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69thth minute of the game Cadfan Lattimore who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but UWA Bangor's Gormant Joyner was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cadfan Lattimore fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gormant Joyner having to interfere. Dalldav Icemonger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gormant Joyner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cadfan Lattimore in the 81st minute of the match. Denbigh Rovers's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
