In the 17th minute Keith Yeoman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kaspar Trump saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute, Bors Goodman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 20 minutes, Kaspar Trump successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 22nd minute, Keith Yeoman fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Greid Tinsmith kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Clyde Isham got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Keith Yeoman struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Kaspar Trump didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chepstow. After a defensive mix-up in Barry Athletic CF's zone, Keith Yeoman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kaspar Trump came out of the goal and Keith Yeoman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 40th minute Addolgar Hubert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gwyddno Creagh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Keith Yeoman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Keith Yeoman was the one to do the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Greid Tinsmith during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Chepstow booed when Barry Athletic CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Greid Tinsmith didn't get a good kick on the ball. Barry Athletic CF's Kaspar Trump played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Keith Yeoman in the 53rd minute of play. Gwyddno Creagh made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Gwallawg Bury sent off a good shot on target. Kaspar Trump made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Keith Yeoman in the 61st minute of play. Keith Yeoman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Barry Athletic CF's Greid Tinsmith got his second yellow card of the match in the 69th minute. The referee ordered Greid Tinsmith off the ground. 71 minutes into the match, Bors Goodman notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Barry Athletic CF's Kaspar Trump. Kaspar Trump was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kaspar Trump showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clyde Isham in the 76th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Gowerr Lindley managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barry Athletic CF's supporters rose to their feet, but Gowerr Lindley was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gwyddno Creagh breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kaspar Trump showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bors Goodman, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. When Lovel Hinton fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chepstow's protests and gave Lovel Hinton a yellow card for diving instead. Lovel Hinton kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. It was beautiful to see Barry Athletic CF's Gwallawg Bury in action when he in the 88th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Lovel Hinton was shown his second yellow card after 89 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Chepstow getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Lovel Hinton hit a great ball. Gwallawg Bury came free with the goalkeeper in the 94th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Gwyddno Creagh could save by the left post. Gowerr Lindley could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Gwyddno Creagh made a huge save. Chepstow were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Barry Athletic CF for a fine match.
