Helge Blomquist took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cerwyn Jordan. Cerwyn Jordan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Cerwyn Jordan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moise Mălăncioiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 9 minutes into the match, Pembroke Fitzroy notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Montgomery's Cerwyn Jordan. Cerwyn Jordan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Helge Blomquist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cerwyn Jordan came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by ATLAS FC - FDFDF's Moise Mălăncioiu. But to his dismay, Moise Mălăncioiu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. ATLAS FC - FDFDF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 22nd minute, when Bradwr Lavery scored to the left of an out of position Froilan Baumar, making the score, 1-3. Sugyn Hodge received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Cerwyn Jordan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Eugen Alex had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Digon Cullin during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 32nd minute, Digon Cullin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sugyn Hodge fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cerwyn Jordan having to interfere. In the 35th minute Pembroke Fitzroy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cerwyn Jordan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Froilan Baumar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ceithin Hoskins, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Pembroke Fitzroy came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the ATLAS FC - FDFDF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pembroke Fitzroy couldn't finish the play. The supporters of ATLAS FC - FDFDF booed when Montgomery was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rheged Foody didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Pembroke Fitzroy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Montgomery players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. ATLAS FC - FDFDF were winning 1-3.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eugen Alex was the one to do the kick off. Moise Mălăncioiu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Cerwyn Jordan made a huge save. Montgomery's defense didn't have a chance, in the 54th minute, when Eugen Alex scored to the left of an out of position Cerwyn Jordan, making the score, 1-4. In the 58th minute, Eugen Alex got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 60th match minute, Montgomery was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iolo Finneran to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Montgomery's Cerwyn Jordan got control of the ball when Moise Mălăncioiu tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 63rd minute, ATLAS FC - FDFDF's Moise Mălăncioiu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cerwyn Jordan. Cerwyn Jordan yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Eugen Alex managed to get in a good position for a shot. ATLAS FC - FDFDF's supporters rose to their feet, but Eugen Alex was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cerwyn Jordan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 69 played minutes ATLAS FC - FDFDF got a freekick which was hit by Eugen Alex. In the 71st minute, Moise Mălăncioiu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Cerwyn Jordan. The goal made the score 1-6. Helge Blomquist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Cerwyn Jordan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eugen Alex could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Cerwyn Jordan made a huge save. If Eugen Alex had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cerwyn Jordan made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Moise Mălăncioiu sent off a good shot on target. Percival Tróia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Cerwyn Jordan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 90 minutes, Eugen Alex made it 1-7 with a short kick to the right side. Montgomery's Cerwyn Jordan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Cerwyn Jordan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugen Alex in the 95th minute of play.
