Rhys Wharfinger was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rhys Wharfinger made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rhett Berry in the 21st minute. In the 25th match minute, Talgarth was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aeddan Howker to maneuver through the defense. Heilyn Holcomb fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rhys Wharfinger having to interfere. Rhys Wharfinger came out and tried to block the shot, but Collen Forsyth slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 36th minute. Mabon Keelan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rhyawdd Bradbury, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. When Talgarth's Cadellin Finlay in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Neath's goalie prevented a goal. The wind increased when Rhyawdd Bradbury made the kick off in the second half. Kynon Lax's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mabon Keelan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, Talgarth's goal looked a bit too open when Rhett Berry came free, but Rhys Wharfinger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rhys Wharfinger didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rhett Berry went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. Rhett Berry sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
