Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Neath's Teithi Ironside started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Wales World Wide FC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Olwydd Buttery hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gruddyeu Donovan in the 11th minute of play forced Neath's goalkeeper Idris Luce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Teithi Ironside kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Brian Hacker. That made the score 1-0 in the 12 minute of play. Brian Hacker came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Neath's Teithi Ironside. But to his dismay, Teithi Ironside quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Ren Essig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gruddyeu Donovan in the 23rd minute of play forced Neath's goalkeeper Idris Luce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Teithi Ironside fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Neath's protests and gave Teithi Ironside a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Wales World Wide FC booed when Neath was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teithi Ironside didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gruddyeu Donovan in the 26th minute of play forced Neath's goalkeeper Idris Luce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Idris Luce showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maddock Crawford in the 28th minute of the match. Cant Gover kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the game, Olwydd Buttery was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wales World Wide FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Neath the free kick. Drew Gillock hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. 34 minutes into the match, Wales World Wide FC's goalkeeper Brian Hacker had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teithi Ironside. Idris Luce came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Wales World Wide FC's Gruddyeu Donovan. But to his dismay, Gruddyeu Donovan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gruddyeu Donovan in the 42nd minute of play forced Neath's goalkeeper Idris Luce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 44 minutes Neath's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Anwir Fowler who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Wales World Wide FC's Anwir Fowler to fire away a dangerous shot which Idris Luce despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Teithi Ironsides short, quick shot in the 48thth minute got Brian Hacker to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The wind increased when Gruddyeu Donovan made the kick off in the second half. If Ren Essig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teithi Ironside fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brian Hacker having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teithi Ironside in the 64th minute of play forced Wales World Wide FC's goalkeeper Brian Hacker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute Neath were awarded a corner. Siarl Laurence went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Neath's Siarl Laurence to fire away a dangerous shot which Brian Hacker despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 67th minute Teithi Ironside shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brian Hacker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Neath's Cant Gover got a free kick in the 75th minute. 76 minutes into the match, Wales World Wide FC's Gruddyeu Donovan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Idris Luce narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 77th match minute, Neath was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cant Gover to maneuver through the defense. 78 minutes into the match, Neath's goalkeeper Idris Luce had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maddock Crawford. After 82 played minutes Neath got a freekick which was hit by Cant Gover. With an all-out effort, Wales World Wide FC's Idris Luce threw himself towards the right post 83 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gruddyeu Donovan, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A collision led to Wales World Wide FC getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Maddock Crawford hit a great ball. In the 86th minute of the match Anwar Gaoler sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Brian Hacker skillfully saved the ball. Olwydd Buttery struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Idris Luce didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wales World Wide FC. If Teithi Ironside had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There was no doubt that Neath were the better team. Neath's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
