Spectators: 6771 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1771, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Christopher McKee took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, AC Glasgow Football's James Dunlop got a free kick in the 5th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oliver Simson in the 14th minute of play forced Yarmouth United's goalkeeper Ivan Appleby to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpected shot in the 21st minute by Steve Ellwood got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Andy Addison had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 27 minutes of play, AC Glasgow Football's Christopher McKee made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ivan Appleby was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ivan Appleby took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christopher McKee, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Yarmouth United getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Terry Burdon hit a great ball. Oliver Simson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 34th match minute, Yarmouth United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michael Hunter to maneuver through the defense. If Oliver Simson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Frank Alderson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andy Addison, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Frank Alderson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Andy Addison showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 43 minute of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Rupert McMath kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Tony McCartair struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Frank Alderson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yarmouth United. 56 minutes into the game, Yarmouth United's Steve Ellwood nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Frank Alderson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Christopher McKee fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Appleby having to interfere. Oliver Simson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Ivan Appleby tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 64thth minute of the game Andy Addison who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AC Glasgow Football's Frank Alderson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 3-1 became the score in the 65th minute when Steve Ellwood elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. If Steve Ellwood had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Barry McCarter hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. 76 minutes into the match, Andy Addison notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of AC Glasgow Football's Frank Alderson. Frank Alderson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Frank Alderson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andy Addison in the 83rd minute of play. Jeremy McPhorich's late challenge caught a Yarmouth United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jeremy McPhorich helped the player get up and apologised. After 83 played minutes AC Glasgow Football got a freekick which was hit by Jeremy McPhorich. Andy Addison sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There was no doubt that Yarmouth United were the better team. Yarmouth United's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
