With an all-out effort, AC Glasgow Football's Hamish McLulich threw himself towards the right post 7 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Christopher McKee, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 20th minute, Oliver Simson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 21 minutes, Hamish McLulich successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Andy McMorran during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to The Alfordigans FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Andy McMorran hit a great ball. After having played for 23 minutes, Christopher McKee managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AC Glasgow Football's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christopher McKee was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Alfordigans FC's Hamish McLulich played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christopher McKee in the 32nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Oliver Simson managed to get in a good position for a shot. AC Glasgow Football's supporters rose to their feet, but Oliver Simson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hamish McLulich breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hamish McLulich made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christopher McKee in the 38th minute of play. Oliver Simson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 39thth minute tested the skills of Hamish McLulich when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 41 minutes into the match, AC Glasgow Football's Oliver Simson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hamish McLulich narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 49th minute, Keith McNaughton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When Jeremy McPhorich came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the AC Glasgow Football fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jeremy McPhorich couldn't finish the play. Christopher McKee fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hamish McLulich having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Oliver Simson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AC Glasgow Football fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Oliver Simson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hamish McLulich showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oliver Simson in the 68th minute of the match. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind The Alfordigans FC's goalkeeper Hamish McLulich, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 72 minutes into the match, The Alfordigans FC's goal looked a bit too open when Oliver Simson came free, but Hamish McLulich reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christopher McKee in the 78th minute of play forced The Alfordigans FC's goalkeeper Hamish McLulich to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oliver Simson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Oliver Simson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hamish McLulich having to interfere. In the 94th minute, Oliver Simson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hamish McLulich was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 99th minute, Oliver Simson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee ended the match the AC Glasgow Football players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
