Fraserburgh Wet Squirrels's Reynaldo Tande was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 22nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Tyler Scobie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeremy Stark, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot 27 in the game by Reynaldo Tande from a close distance when the talented Shaun McCoull managed to make a qualified save. Tighnabruaich United's players were relieved. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ben Clayton during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ben Clayton hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jeremy Stark to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 57thth minute of the game Reynaldo Tande who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tighnabruaich United's Shaun McCoull was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Frankie Lauchlan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Shaun McCoull having to interfere. In the 67th minute Reynaldo Tande shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shaun McCoull saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Shaun McCoull showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reynaldo Tande in the 74th minute of the match. Fraserburgh Wet Squirrels's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
