Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Lee Hutchison started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Lee Hutchison's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edward Archibald read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. Ronaldo Ronaldo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edward Archibald having to interfere. In the 21st minute Ronaldo Ronaldo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edward Archibald saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ronaldo Ronaldo took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edward Archibald. Edward Archibald dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Ivan Grewar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mauchline's supporters rose to their feet, but Ivan Grewar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tobiasz Kempka breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 34 minutes of play, Leviathans's Ronaldo Ronaldo made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edward Archibald was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jamie McIlvrae received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Edward Archibald tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edward Archibald showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lee Hutchison, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. In the 46th minute Lee Hutchison shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edward Archibald saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Ivan Grewar made the kick off in the second half. Jim McGilchrist hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Ivan Grewar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Tobiasz Kempka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ronaldo Ronaldo struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Edward Archibald didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Leviathans. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jamie McIlvrae got free with Edward Archibald in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
