Spectators: 8099 (Terracing: 6076, Seating: 1862, VIP seats: 161) Riverside United F.C's Greig Linklater started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Riverside United F.C's Callum Corbet sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tobiasz Kempka narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tobiasz Kempka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Greig Linklater, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Leviathans's Tobiasz Kempka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Callum Corbet in the 10th minute of play. Jake Ainslie hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Jamie McIlvrae received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Benjamin Gilbertson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tobiasz Kempka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Greig Linklater in the 19th minute of play. Jake Ainslie hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 22nd minute, Gareth McKeith hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jamie McIlvrae made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 24thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Benjamin Gilbertson would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. In the 25th minute Leviathans were awarded a corner. Dominic McGorrie went to the cornerflag to take it. Benjamin Gilbertson was out of position in the 27 minute of play, and Ronaldo Ronaldo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ronaldo Ronaldo really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Lee Hutchison in the 32ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Benjamin Gilbertson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Lee Hutchison fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjamin Gilbertson having to interfere. Benjamin Gilbertson came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Leviathans's Jamie McIlvrae. But to his dismay, Jamie McIlvrae quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After a rather tough play, Riverside United F.C's Lucas Dempster got a free kick in the 42nd minute. After some careless play in the Riverside United F.C defense, Jamie McIlvrae kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benjamin Gilbertson. The Riverside United F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benjamin Gilbertson should have stopped the shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Lee Hutchison fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjamin Gilbertson having to interfere. The supporters of Leviathans booed when Riverside United F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Callum Corbet didn't get a good kick on the ball. 63 minutes into the match, Leviathans's Jamie McIlvrae sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benjamin Gilbertson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jamie McIlvrae received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Benjamin Gilbertson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Leviathans's Lee Hutchison in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Riverside United F.C's goalie prevented a goal. Riverside United F.C's Benjamin Gilbertson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jamie McIlvrae in the 95th minute of play. Tobiasz Kempka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Dempster, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Leviathans had played much better football throughout.
