Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Bruno Machado took the kick off in the first half of the match. Isidoro Roriz's late challenge caught a SC Lazaro's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Isidoro Roriz helped the player get up and apologised. After 3 played minutes Palaios FC got a freekick which was hit by Isidoro Roriz. Jorge Lisboa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eurico Figueiras having to interfere. Adolfo Álvares's late challenge caught a SC Lazaro's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adolfo Álvares helped the player get up and apologised. In the 7th minute, Adolfo Álvares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eurico Figueiras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorge Lisboa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mariano Leite showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Noel Matias, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Machado in the 18th minute of play forced Palaios FC's goalkeeper Eurico Figueiras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jorge Lisboa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 24 played minutes Palaios FC got a freekick which was hit by Ramiro Saraiva. Bruno Machado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eurico Figueiras read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Eurico Figueiras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorge Lisboa, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. 29 minutes in the game, Rúben Miranda fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Mariano Leite having to interfere. Eurico Figueiras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Lisboa in the 33rd minute of play. In the 34th minute Jorge Lisboa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eurico Figueiras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, Palaios FC's Mariano Leite threw himself towards the right post 35 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Noel Matias, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The Palaios FC fans' excitement grew in the 37th match minute when Palaios FC's Noel Matias looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 42nd minute, Noel Matias got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Palaios FC's Noel Matias got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Noel Matias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Noel Matias made a kick off. SC Lazaro's Bruno Machado got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bruno Machado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mariano Leite made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Noel Matias in the 57th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Rúben Miranda left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Palaios FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Noel Matias managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palaios FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Noel Matias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mariano Leite breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mariano Leite didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rúben Miranda went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. When Palaios FC's Rúben Miranda in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Lazaro's goalie prevented a goal. 72 minutes into the match, SC Lazaro's goal looked a bit too open when Isidoro Roriz came free, but Mariano Leite reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Noel Matias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mariano Leite having to interfere. When Noel Matias came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Palaios FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Noel Matias couldn't finish the play. Rúben Miranda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 88th minute, Rúben Miranda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Palaios FC's Noel Matias got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 95th minute Noel Matias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariano Leite saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Palaios FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
