With a little luck, Valentina Stars's Jerónimo Prada got control of the ball when Marcus Wendel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sálvio Braga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from André Carvalheira in the 24th minute of the match. Sálvio Braga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from André Carvalheira in the 36th minute of play. Nuno Lima recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 44th minute, Futebol Clube Belem's Amadeu Lopes seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Amadeu Lopes the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Futebol Clube Belem protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Amadeu Lopes had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 43 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Futebol Clube Belem! In the 46th minute there was a penalty for Valentina Stars. Jairo Assis stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Sálvio Braga. 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nuno Lima made a kick off. Mauro Antunes didn't quite understand what happened when in the 61 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Sálvio Dias's late challenge caught a Valentina Stars's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sálvio Dias helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Futebol Clube Belem's Sálvio Dias got a free kick in the 71st minute. Sálvio Dias kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Jairo Assis took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 74th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sálvio Braga. Futebol Clube Belem's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Jairo Assis came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Valentina Stars fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jairo Assis couldn't finish the play. Sálvio Dias hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. A collision led to Futebol Clube Belem getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Diogo Almeida hit a great ball. In the 84th match minute, Futebol Clube Belem was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diogo Almeida to maneuver through the defense. Futebol Clube Belem were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
