The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to jaca FC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Mário Lopes hit a great ball. With a little luck, jaca FC's João Távora got control of the ball when Cássio Rijo tried to sneak it across the goal line. jaca FC's João Távora played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Octávio Valadão in the 9th minute of play. Cássio Rijo succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 10th playminute. João Távora made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Octávio Valadão in the 16th minute of play. Cássio Rijo came free with the goalkeeper in the 17th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and João Távora could save by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ivo Ponte got free with João Távora in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rodolfo Rangel kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Ivo Ponte came free with the goalkeeper in the 25th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and João Távora could save by the left post. In the 26th minute of the game Gregório Soveral made a throw-in which Cássio Rijo played forward. In the 29th match minute, FZZ Sport Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Domingos Rangel to maneuver through the defense. João Távora was out of position in the 34 minute of play, and Cássio Rijo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cássio Rijo really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. João Távora showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cássio Rijo, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Domingos Rangel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. João Távora tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cássio Rijo in the 51st minute of play forced jaca FC's goalkeeper João Távora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cássio Rijo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but João Távora read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. João Távora came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by FZZ Sport Club's Cássio Rijo. But to his dismay, Cássio Rijo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. When the match clock showed 60 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Cássio Rijo sped through jaca FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of João Távora. 63 minutes into the game, FZZ Sport Club's Octávio Valadão nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. João Távora made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. João Távora showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octávio Valadão in the 70th minute of the match. After 73 played minutes FZZ Sport Club got a freekick which was hit by Álvaro Taborda. With a little luck, FZZ Sport Club's Jorge Esteves got control of the ball when Estevão Espinosa tried to sneak it across the goal line. jaca FC's João Távora played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cássio Rijo in the 81st minute of play.
