Spectators: 6823 (Terracing: 5773, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 50) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Octávio Valadão started the match with the kick off. Ivo Ponte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomasz Brüggemann having to interfere. Octávio Valadão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Tomasz Brüggemann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 8 minutes of play, FZZ Sport Club's Cássio Rijo made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tomasz Brüggemann was left in no man's land by his defense there! 11 minutes into the match, Tareja FC's goal looked a bit too open when Octávio Valadão came free, but Tomasz Brüggemann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as FZZ Sport Club's Cássio Rijo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tomasz Brüggemann. That made the score 2-0 after 16 minutes of play. In the 19th minute, Tareja FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ivo Ponte fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 27th minute, Octávio Valadão got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 29 minutes into the game, Cássio Rijo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tomasz Brüggemann. Cássio Rijo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. When the match clock showed 31 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Octávio Valadão sped through Tareja FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tomasz Brüggemann. Octávio Valadão struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Tomasz Brüggemann didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FZZ Sport Club. 39 minutes into the match, Tareja FC's goalkeeper Tomasz Brüggemann had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ivo Ponte. Tomasz Brüggemann made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ivo Ponte in the 41st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Octávio Valadão managed to get in a good position for a shot. FZZ Sport Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Octávio Valadão was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomasz Brüggemann breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Higino Guerra stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tomasz Brüggemann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octávio Valadão in the 52nd minute of the match. Higino Guerra kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. 55 minutes into the match, Tareja FC's goal looked a bit too open when Octávio Valadão came free, but Tomasz Brüggemann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 56 minutes into the game, Higino Guerra was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tareja FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FZZ Sport Club the free kick. In the 56th match minute, Tareja FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Higino Guerra to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cássio Rijo in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tomasz Brüggemann saved Tareja FC from getting behind. Tomasz Brüggemann didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Octávio Valadão went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Tareja FC's zone, Octávio Valadão stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tomasz Brüggemann came out of the goal and Octávio Valadão tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cássio Rijo in the 67th minute of play forced Tareja FC's goalkeeper Tomasz Brüggemann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomasz Brüggemann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cássio Rijo in the 70th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Octávio Valadão in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tomasz Brüggemann saved Tareja FC from getting behind. If Cássio Rijo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Octávio Valadão struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Tomasz Brüggemann didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FZZ Sport Club. Tomasz Brüggemann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Octávio Valadão in the 79th minute of play. Cássio Rijo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tomasz Brüggemann stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cássio Rijo's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. Octávio Valadão might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tomasz Brüggemann. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Octávio Valadão ran back to his position shaking his head. Tomasz Brüggemann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octávio Valadão in the 92nd minute of the match. FZZ Sport Club were awarded a corner in the 93th minute after Tareja FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Octávio Valadão took the corner. In the 96th minute Ivo Ponte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomasz Brüggemann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FZZ Sport Club's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
