A collision led to Famous Grouse FC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Heitor Gago hit a great ball. In the 11th match minute, Famous Grouse FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafael Onofre to maneuver through the defense. Famous Grouse FC's Júlio Mansilha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Andrade in the 14th minute of play. Dimas Coelho made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Wilson Azeredo sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wilson Azeredo got free with Dimas Coelho in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A throw-in in the 17th minute of the game was made by Hildeberto Novais with Emanuel Andrade as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 18th minute, Emanuel Andrade ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Júlio Mansilha was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After 24 minutes of play, Surreal Dragons's Emanuel Andrade made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Júlio Mansilha was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Quadros in the 27th minute of play forced Famous Grouse FC's goalkeeper Júlio Mansilha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Júlio Mansilha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuel Andrade in the 28th minute of the match. In the 30th match minute, Surreal Dragons was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elias Benevides to maneuver through the defense. Rafael Onofre's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dimas Coelho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. Samuel Alcântara charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Samuel Alcântara the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Surreal Dragons's Samuel Alcântara got a free kick in the 40th minute. In the 41st minute, Samuel Alcântara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 42 minutes into the match, Surreal Dragons's goal looked a bit too open when Filipe Lemos came free, but Dimas Coelho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vítor Prates's late challenge caught a Surreal Dragons's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vítor Prates helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Famous Grouse FC's Vítor Prates got a free kick in the 44th minute. After the first half Surreal Dragons were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Emanuel Andrade made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 53 minutes, Vicente Durães managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Famous Grouse FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vicente Durães was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 55 minutes into the match, Famous Grouse FC's goalkeeper Júlio Mansilha had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emanuel Andrade. Aristides Saraiva hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Surreal Dragons's Dimas Coelho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vicente Durães in the 66th minute of play. Filinto Moutinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Júlio Mansilha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Júlio Mansilha didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emanuel Andrade went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. In the 78th minute Durval Gonçalves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dimas Coelho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, Surreal Dragons's goal looked a bit too open when Durval Gonçalves came free, but Dimas Coelho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 85 minutes into the game, Wilson Azeredo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Dimas Coelho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Wilson Azeredo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Famous Grouse FC fans' excitement grew in the 91st match minute when Famous Grouse FC's Durval Gonçalves looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 94th minute Rafael Onofre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dimas Coelho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
