When Manuel Lage fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sobdsf's protests and gave Manuel Lage a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Sobdsf's Manuel Lage got a free kick in the 2nd minute. In the 5th minute, Caxias F.C.'s Moisés Caiado ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Quintino Sacadura. Quintino Sacadura yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Sobdsf's Quintino Sacadura proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Sobdsf from getting a goal against them. When Nélson Nunes came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Caxias F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nélson Nunes couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Caxias F.C.'s Moisés Caiado slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Quintino Sacadura. That made the score 4-0 after 19 minutes of play. 22 minutes into the match, Sobdsf's goalkeeper Quintino Sacadura had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jordão Valadares. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Moisés Caiado took a quick shot and it went in 6-0 without a chance for Quintino Sacadura to make any attempt to save it. 32 minutes into the game, Hermínio Caldas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sobdsf's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Caxias F.C. the free kick. In the 32nd match minute, Sobdsf was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hermínio Caldas to maneuver through the defense. Jordão Valadares could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Quintino Sacadura made a huge save. Quintino Sacadura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moisés Caiado in the 36th minute of play. Quintino Sacadura showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jordão Valadares in the 37th minute of the match. Nélson Nunes succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 7-0 in the 39th playminute. 42 minutes into the match, Nélson Nunes notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Sobdsf's Quintino Sacadura. Quintino Sacadura was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jordão Valadares could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Quintino Sacadura made a huge save. Af the end of the first half the score was 8-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Artun Aydın made a kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Caxias F.C.'s Artun Aydın nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Quintino Sacadura made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. 57 minutes into the match, Moisés Caiado notched a goal, 10-0, to the right of Sobdsf's Quintino Sacadura. Quintino Sacadura was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 63rd minute, Artun Aydın ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Quintino Sacadura was frozen by the shot and now it was 12-0. Quintino Sacadura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artun Aydın in the 66th minute of play. 73 minutes into the game, Caxias F.C.'s Moisés Caiado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Quintino Sacadura made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 14-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kip Kerri in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Quintino Sacadura saved Sobdsf from getting behind. Artun Aydın scored 15-0 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Quintino Sacadura, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Quintino Sacadura didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Artun Aydın went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 16-0 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Sobdsf defense, Artun Aydın kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Quintino Sacadura. The Sobdsf fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Quintino Sacadura should have stopped the shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Caxias F.C. had played much better football throughout.
