Veríssimo Sesimbra started the match with the kick off. Alfredo Sampaio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Veríssimo Sesimbra in the 3rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abel Braga in the 4th minute of play forced SC Langra's goalkeeper Alfredo Sampaio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 6th minute, Rua da Pinga's Abel Braga dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 10th minute, Rua da Pinga's Valdemar Pimentel dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. In the 13th minute, Marcos Conde hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Abel Braga fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rua da Pinga's protests and gave Abel Braga a yellow card for diving instead. Abel Braga kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. In the 17th minute Hüseyin Yaybüke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adérito Vilaça saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 彭耀广 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adérito Vilaça having to interfere. In the 21st minute, Luís Paixão left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rua da Pinga fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. The Rua da Pinga fans' excitement grew in the 29th match minute when Rua da Pinga's Veríssimo Sesimbra looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Veríssimo Sesimbra took a quick shot and it went in 6-0 without a chance for Alfredo Sampaio to make any attempt to save it. Alfredo Sampaio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel Braga, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Alcino Vigário made in the 36th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Rua da Pinga's Marcos Conde. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Raúl Gonzáles during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Rua da Pinga booed when SC Langra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raúl Gonzáles didn't get a good kick on the ball. Veríssimo Sesimbra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Alfredo Sampaio made a huge save. After a rather tough play, SC Langra's 彭耀广 got a free kick in the 39th minute. Alfredo Sampaio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Veríssimo Sesimbra in the 48th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Hüseyin Yaybüke made the kick off in the second half. Raúl Gonzáles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Adérito Vilaça tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Veríssimo Sesimbra put it in 7-0 from a short distance just to the right of Alfredo Sampaio. SC Langra's Alfredo Sampaio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Veríssimo Sesimbra in the 67th minute of play. In the 68th match minute, SC Langra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alcino Vigário to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Veríssimo Sesimbra in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alfredo Sampaio saved SC Langra from getting behind. In the 72nd minute Rogério Torcato shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Sampaio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of SC Langra booed when Rua da Pinga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abel Braga didn't get a good kick on the ball. SC Langra's Hüseyin Yaybüke got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alcino Vigário made in the 77th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which 彭耀广 however managed to control. In the 79th minute Gil Santarém shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Sampaio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the SC Langra defense, Veríssimo Sesimbra kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alfredo Sampaio. The SC Langra fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alfredo Sampaio should have stopped the shot. Alfredo Sampaio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Veríssimo Sesimbra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 95 played minutes Rua da Pinga got a freekick which was hit by Gil Santarém. After a defensive mix-up in Rua da Pinga's zone, Marcos Miranda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adérito Vilaça came out of the goal and Marcos Miranda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee ended the match the Rua da Pinga players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
