When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valério Alcântara made a kick off. IOL's Alexandrino Tomé came free and shot a quick shot against goal 83 minutes in the game, fortunately Osvaldo Raposo had problems saving as it came toward the left post. 85 minutes into the game, IOL's Kevin Varela nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Osvaldo Raposo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-3. In the 87th minute, Zachary Paraszczuk ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Osvaldo Raposo was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-4. Osvaldo Raposo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Zachary Paraszczuk showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-5 in the 91 minute of play. The IOL supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing IOL would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
