Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Afonso Festas made the kick off which started today's match. 5 minutes into the match, Gimonde's goal looked a bit too open when Florentino Veremundo came free, but Aziz Hicab reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Afonso Festas struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Aziz Hicab didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Andorinha FC. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Afonso Festas put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Aziz Hicab. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Afonso Festas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Andorinha FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Afonso Festas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aziz Hicab breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Andorinha FC's Adão Quinaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Sales in the 15th minute of play. The corner led Gimonde's Cristóvão Sarmento to fire away a dangerous shot which Adão Quinaz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After having played for 18 minutes, Florentino Veremundo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Andorinha FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florentino Veremundo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hugo Sales kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Aziz Hicab showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benedito Vasconcelos, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Aziz Hicab showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Afonso Festas in the 25th minute of the match. Paolo Fernendo struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Afonso Festas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Aziz Hicab tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aziz Hicab didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Paolo Fernendo went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Aziz Hicab showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Afonso Festas in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Gimonde's Jorge Quental seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jorge Quental the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Gimonde protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jorge Quental had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 33 minutes into the game, one of Gimonde:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Andorinha FC a penalty, 37 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Afonso Festas, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Gimonde's Aziz Hicab. 0-3. Aziz Hicab took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Afonso Festas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Andorinha FC fans' excitement grew in the 41st match minute when Andorinha FC's Afonso Festas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valério Oliveira made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Gimonde's Vicente Delgado got a free kick in the 53rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cristóvão Sarmento during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Andorinha FC booed when Gimonde was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristóvão Sarmento didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Afonso Festas in the 56th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Aziz Hicab kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 0-5 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. The crowd rose to their feet as Afonso Festas kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Aziz Hicab. That made the score 0-6 in the 59 minute of play. Afonso Festas in the 65thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Aziz Hicab, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Gimonde's Aziz Hicab proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Gimonde from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Andorinha FC's Afonso Festas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Aziz Hicab. That made the score 0-7 after 74 minutes of play. In the 80th minute of the match, Afonso Festas tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Aziz Hicab saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Adão Quinaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valério Oliveira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Xavier Lessa kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. When Valério Oliveira fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gimonde's protests and gave Valério Oliveira a yellow card for diving instead. In the 86th minute, Valério Oliveira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gimonde's Aziz Hicab played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benedito Vasconcelos in the 87th minute of play. Afonso Festas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Aziz Hicab made a huge save. Damião Albuquerque kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Afonso Festas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aziz Hicab read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. The Gimonde fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Andorinha FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
