Ken United's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Pedro Travassos in the 6th minute. A very nice done corner allowed Gastão Azeredo to score against Pascoal Barros in Fintinhas's goal. 1-0 after 7 minutes. Jacinto Vaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Américo Cesário, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Gastão Azeredo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pascoal Barros having to interfere. 18 minutes into the match, Vicente Moreira notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Fintinhas's Pascoal Barros. Pascoal Barros was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 23rd minute, Torcato Domingos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gastão Azeredo got free with Pascoal Barros in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A nice corner shot did that Pedro Travassos got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Pascoal Barros quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Américo Cesário in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jacinto Vaz saved Ken United from getting behind. When Américo Cesário came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Fintinhas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Américo Cesário couldn't finish the play. Vicente Moreira kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. After 37 played minutes Fintinhas got a freekick which was hit by Cândido Soveral. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vicente Moreira in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pascoal Barros saved Fintinhas from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vicente Moreira in the 40th minute of play forced Fintinhas's goalkeeper Pascoal Barros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute, Vicente Moreira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 44 played minutes Fintinhas got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Quinaz. Amadeu Amaral hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Enzo Aragão to make the kick off. When Pedro Travassos came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Ken United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Travassos couldn't finish the play. Pascoal Barros came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ken United's Vicente Moreira. But to his dismay, Vicente Moreira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Gastão Azeredo struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Pascoal Barros didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ken United. The Ken United fans' excitement grew in the 59th match minute when Ken United's Vicente Moreira looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 62 minutes into the match, Vicente Moreira notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Fintinhas's Pascoal Barros. Pascoal Barros was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A sloppy throw-in by António Tomé in the 66th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Ken United's Pedro Travassos. If Gastão Azeredo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 68 minutes, Vicente Moreira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ken United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vicente Moreira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pascoal Barros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vicente Moreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. In the 71st minute, Gastão Azeredo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pascoal Barros was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. If Gastão Azeredo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 84 minutes into the match, Fintinhas's goal looked a bit too open when Gastão Azeredo came free, but Pascoal Barros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ken United's Gaspar Cordeiro got a free kick in the 87th minute. In the 90th match minute, Ken United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gastão Azeredo to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th minute, Amadeu Amaral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Ken United fully deserved thier win.
