After 5 played minutes Nascente do Leça got a freekick which was hit by Bento Madeira. Cristiano Carrasqueira hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. 20 minutes into the match, Severiano Campelo notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Mira United FC's Eriberto Bonadona. Eriberto Bonadona was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Nascente do Leça getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Nuno Bomba hit a great ball. Feng Cheng Ling received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Frederico Vilalobos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Severiano Campelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Mira United FC's Feng Cheng Ling got a free kick in the 46th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Severiano Campelo to make the kick off. Frederico Vilalobos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gregório Neiva in the 55th minute of play. In the 57th minute of the game Zarco Lopes made a throw-in which Gregório Neiva played forward. Mira United FC's Eriberto Bonadona proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Mira United FC from getting a goal against them. If Severiano Campelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Severiano Campelo took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eriberto Bonadona. Eriberto Bonadona dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Severiano Campelo in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eriberto Bonadona prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eriberto Bonadona showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severiano Campelo in the 77th minute of the match. 80 minutes into the match, Mira United FC's goalkeeper Eriberto Bonadona had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Severiano Campelo. Gregório Neiva's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Frederico Vilalobos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. Eriberto Bonadona stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Severiano Campelo's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. An unexpected shot in the 96th minute by Severiano Campelo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Nascente do Leça's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
