Pinhote FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joaquim Teves was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Joaquim Teves managed to get in a good position for a shot. ZEZOM TEAM's supporters rose to their feet, but Joaquim Teves was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The Pinhote FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Pinhote FC's Ni Guang Yong played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xavier Sabrosa in the 69th minute of play. Pinhote FC's Ni Guang Yong proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Pinhote FC from getting a goal against them. Nate Calas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Ni Guang Yong made a huge save. Ni Guang Yong showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xavier Sabrosa in the 77th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Waldemar Rosen in the 92nd minute of play forced ZEZOM TEAM's goalkeeper Enzo Morais to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 92nd minute Acar Necati suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joaquim Teves during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Pinhote FC made a substitution. Sebastião Andrade replaced Acar Necati. In the 94th match minute, ZEZOM TEAM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joaquim Teves to maneuver through the defense. When the referee ended the match the Pinhote FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
