Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 4 minutes into the match, Breandan Bayes notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Meenymore Utd's Comhghall McDecland. Comhghall McDecland was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kerrigan Harkin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oliver McMichel having to interfere. Oliver McMichel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kerrigan Harkin, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. If Killian McStephen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Aron McAlphie fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Seafield's protests and gave Aron McAlphie a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Meenymore Utd booed when Seafield was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aron McAlphie didn't get a good kick on the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Seafield's goal looked a bit too open when Killian McStephen came free, but Oliver McMichel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute of the match Seafield got a corner. Meenymore Utd's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Darick MaCollin ran over to the corner to take the kick. Seafield's Darick MaCollin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Comhghall McDecland in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience was convinced that Kerrigan Harkin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Oliver McMichel was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Bealtaine Moran kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Oliver McMichel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kerrigan Harkin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oliver McMichel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Killian McStephen in the 43rd minute of play. Comhghall McDecland showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aron McAlphie, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Darick MaCollin charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Comhghall McDecland stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aron McAlphie's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Killian McStephen couldn't finish the play. In the 68th minute, Killian McStephen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Seafield's Boyne Beckett got a free kick in the 74th minute. 76 minutes into the game, Roordan McIan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Seafield's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Meenymore Utd the free kick. After 76 played minutes Seafield got a freekick which was hit by Roordan McIan. After a rather tough play, Seafield's Bealtaine Moran got a free kick in the 78th minute. Comhghall McDecland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aron McAlphie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aron McAlphie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Comhghall McDecland tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Breandan Bayes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Seafield's supporters rose to their feet, but Breandan Bayes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Comhghall McDecland breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Breandan Bayes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Comhghall McDecland having to interfere. Comhghall McDecland came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Seafield's Aron McAlphie. But to his dismay, Aron McAlphie quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Seafield's Breandan Bayes got a good chance for a goal in the 98th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
