Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Boylan Glen Crowe took the kick off in the first half of the match. Berry Morrison kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Bairee McAaron made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boylan Glen Crowe in the 6th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Crookstown's goalkeeper Bran Quinnless had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Beglan Cooney. Alex Rogers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bran Quinnless having to interfere. Beglan Cooney received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Bran Quinnless tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Danann Duggan struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Bairee McAaron didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Crookstown. Bran Quinnless took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alex Rogers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alex Rogers to strike the kick off in the second half. Bairee McAaron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boylan Glen Crowe, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Bran Quinnless showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Rogers in the 55th minute of the match. With a little luck, Drumbrollisk's Bairee McAaron got control of the ball when Royan Branson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Crookstown's Bran Quinnless played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beglan Cooney in the 69th minute of play. Crookstown's Boylan Glen Crowe got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Beglan Cooney struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Bran Quinnless didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Drumbrollisk. 86 minutes into the match, Crookstown's goal looked a bit too open when Beglan Cooney came free, but Bran Quinnless reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alex Rogers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Bran Quinnless tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brine Taylor charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Brine Taylor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 93rd minute, Nolen Keegan sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Drumbrollisk's Bairee McAaron didn't even have to move. When Crookstown's Boylan Glen Crowe in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Drumbrollisk's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Crookstown booed when Drumbrollisk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brine Taylor didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match was over Crookstown could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Drumbrollisk throughout the match.
