When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Brendon McFrank made a kick off. Reginald Tierney took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gearard Callaghan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Reginald Tierney stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gearard Callaghan's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gearard Callaghan in the 63rd minute of play forced Bunnow AFC's goalkeeper Reginald Tierney to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gearard Callaghan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Reginald Tierney tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The player immediately received a yellow card. 83 minutes into the match, Cunaberry's goal looked a bit too open when Bardain McCready came free, but Bernard Rutherford reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gearard Callaghan in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Reginald Tierney prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 90th minute, Gearard Callaghan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Beamard McBrandon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bernard Rutherford having to make a save. Brendon McFrank scored 1-0 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Reginald Tierney, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
