In the 13th minute Berrach Hamilton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Breccan Brennan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the FC Millioners defense, Rownun Costello kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Breccan Brennan. The FC Millioners fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Breccan Brennan should have stopped the shot. Braeden Gillmour received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Petran McBrandon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, FC Millioners's Breccan Brennan got control of the ball when Rownun Costello tried to sneak it across the goal line. Breccan Brennan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Berrach Hamilton in the 26th minute of play. If Rownun Costello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, FC Millioners's Breccan Brennan got control of the ball when Rownun Costello tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Maurs booed when FC Millioners was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Art McBrand didn't get a good kick on the ball. Breccan Brennan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Berrach Hamilton in the 42nd minute of play. In the 44th minute Berrach Hamilton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Breccan Brennan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Rownun Costello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Berrach Hamilton was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th minute Berrach Hamilton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Breccan Brennan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maurs's Rownun Costello got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Breccan Brennan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rownun Costello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lorcan McTom charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lorcan McTom the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. FC Millioners's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rownun Costello was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Rownun Costello struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Breccan Brennan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Maurs. Rownun Costello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Berrach Hamilton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maurs's supporters rose to their feet, but Berrach Hamilton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Breccan Brennan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee ended the match the Maurs players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
