Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Baralty's Barhart Beckett started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the game, Barhart Beckett recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Barhart Gough. Barhart Beckett showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dermod Glen Crowe in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Braoin Mullan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 7 minutes, Bard McBjarton mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Indreabhan and the Baralty players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bard McBjarton hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. A collision led to Indreabhan getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Bivitas Ryan hit a great ball. Barhart Beckett sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Brazil Willson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Barhart Gough having to make a save. Baird Walker could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Barhart Gough made a huge save. Cullan Moran hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Indreabhan's Barhart Gough played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barhart Beckett in the 23rd minute of play. Shamus Bayes made in the 29th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Indreabhan's Bard McBjarton. With a little luck, Indreabhan's Barhart Gough got control of the ball when Brazil Willson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cullan Moran charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cullan Moran the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Indreabhan fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 35th minute. Penalty! If Dermod Glen Crowe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Shamus Bayes hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Braoin Mullan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dermod Glen Crowe, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Carson Crowe struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Braoin Mullan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Indreabhan. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Dermod Glen Crowe made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Carson Crowe recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Braoin Mullan. Carson Crowe showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Barhart Beckett in the 56th minute of play forced Indreabhan's goalkeeper Barhart Gough to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dermod Glen Crowe blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Braoin Mullan having to make a save. Dermod Glen Crowe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Braoin Mullan made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Barhart Beckett in the 65th minute of play forced Indreabhan's goalkeeper Barhart Gough to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Baralty's zone, Carson Crowe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Braoin Mullan came out of the goal and Carson Crowe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dermod Glen Crowe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bivitas Ryan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Braoin Mullan made a huge save. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Baralty's goalkeeper Braoin Mullan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alfred McLiam kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 82nd minute Barhart Beckett shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Barhart Gough saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Braoin Mullan made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Dermod Glen Crowe sent off a good shot on target. Alfred McLiam's late challenge caught a Baralty's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alfred McLiam helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Indreabhan getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Alfred McLiam hit a great ball. 96 minutes into the match, Indreabhan's goal looked a bit too open when Barhart Beckett came free, but Barhart Gough reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baralty's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
