Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Berry Dimson kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Kent FC booed when Ballymaquiff Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hewney Hamilton didn't get a good kick on the ball. Breenan McLian was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 4th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After 7 played minutes Ballymaquiff Utd got a freekick which was hit by Bedilia Gillmour. Ballymaquiff Utd's Abban McCollion played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shane Ferguson in the 10th minute of play. In the 15th minute Reilly Doyle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abban McCollion saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Shane Ferguson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Kent FC's Tormaigh Branson got a free kick in the 24th minute. The supporters of Ballymaquiff Utd booed when Kent FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Barock Grant didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bodibeve McPhilip made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Berry Dimson in the 35th minute of play. Ryan Molloy kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kent FC's goalkeeper Bodibeve McPhilip, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ballymaquiff Utd's Abban McCollion played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tormaigh Branson in the 41st minute of play. If Reilly Doyle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Reilly Doyle made a kick off. If Berry Dimson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 54th match minute, Ballymaquiff Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dillon Myler to maneuver through the defense. Ballymaquiff Utd's Shamus McMichel got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Ballymaquiff Utd getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Blathmacc McBjarton hit a great ball. Abban McCollion took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Batt Savic, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Reilly Doyle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abban McCollion having to interfere. In the 72nd minute of the game Barock Grant made a throw-in which Batt Savic played forward. In the 73rd match minute, Ballymaquiff Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fionn Beckett to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Shamus McMichel during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 79th minute, Shamus McMichel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bodibeve McPhilip made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Berry Dimson in the 90th minute of play. Kent FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
