When Reidy McDonald came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Boots To Asses fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Reidy McDonald couldn't finish the play. If Reidy McDonald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Brogan Cooney hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 20thth minute of the game Rylie Perth who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Boots To Asses's Theodore McStephen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 21 minutes into the game, Rylie Perth cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Theodore McStephen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Theodore McStephen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rylie Perth, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 26 minutes, Dawayne McVictor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kilclare's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dawayne McVictor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 29th match minute, Kilclare was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kevis Coyle to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Hutton took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 30th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Brady Molloy. Kilclare's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Dawayne McVictor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rylie Perth recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dawayne McVictor in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Theodore McStephen saved Boots To Asses from getting behind. Killian Branson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Reidy McDonald to strike the kick off in the second half. Dawayne McVictor succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 52nd playminute. In the 58th minute, one of Boots To Asses:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Boots To Asses. In the 62nd match minute, Kilclare was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kevis Coyle to maneuver through the defense. In the 66th match minute, Boots To Asses was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Begley McAlphie to maneuver through the defense. In the 67th minute, Kilclare's Dawayne McVictor dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. After a defensive mix-up in Boots To Asses's zone, Shane Dempsey stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Theodore McStephen came out of the goal and Shane Dempsey tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dawayne McVictor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dawayne McVictor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Theodore McStephen having to interfere. If Rylie Perth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 87th minute, Dawayne McVictor ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Theodore McStephen was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. In the 92nd minute, Heron MaCollin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 97 minutes, Dawayne McVictor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
