Tirloch McLian lost his temper 3 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. A collision led to Game Over getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Tirloch McLian hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Game Over's zone, Trevor Benson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Perry McJohn came out of the goal and Trevor Benson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bil Quinnless hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. A hard and well directed shot from Trevor Benson led 9 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Game Over's Perry McJohn became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 0-1. Baiscend Cronin hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Perry McJohn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Louis McIan in the 22nd minute of the match. Bairrionn Callaghan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Renny Perth, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iarla Ferguson scored 1-1 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bairrionn Callaghan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Through an outstanding action, after 39 minutes, Bairrionn Callaghan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Rusheens's Bairrionn Callaghan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Rusheens from getting a goal against them.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Louis McIan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Iarla Ferguson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bairrionn Callaghan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 58 minutes into the match, Game Over's goalkeeper Perry McJohn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Louis McIan. In the 60th match minute, Rusheens was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baiscend Cronin to maneuver through the defense. Louis McIan hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. 64 minutes into the match, Rusheens's goal looked a bit too open when Iarla Ferguson came free, but Bairrionn Callaghan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th match minute, Game Over was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiomoid Gough to maneuver through the defense. Trevor Benson was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 67th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Bairrionn Callaghan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Philib Coyle in the 77th minute of play. Bairrionn Callaghan came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Game Over's Eoghan Cronin. But to his dismay, Eoghan Cronin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Iarla Ferguson scored 4-1 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bairrionn Callaghan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Beagan McMichel hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Batt Ramsey's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bairrionn Callaghan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play.
