Quentin Carpenter hit a great ball. A hard shot by Lenny Timiney from long distance, 12 minutes into the match, got Jay Barkley's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Justin Holloway hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Ashley Martindale received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Jay Brimble tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ashley Martindale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jay Brimble made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ashley Martindale in the 32nd minute of play. A collision led to Tollesbury getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Justin Holloway hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ash Bridgeworth in the 35th minute of play forced Tollesbury's goalkeeper Jay Brimble to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Rhys Lewington's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jay Barkley was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Tollesbury's Jay Brimble got control of the ball when Ashley Martindale tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jay Brimble made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ash Bridgeworth in the 86th minute of play. Tollesbury's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
