Duncan Impey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonny Wardman having to interfere. Duncan Impey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonny Wardman was a little too slow when Zane Johnstone got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 25th minute. The score was now 3-0. Duncan Impey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Jonny Wardman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonny Wardman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 83 minutes, Len Whittaker mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Leeds AFC and the F.C.
