A wasted opportunity for Nottingham Drillerz. 12 minutes into the match, OZS Guzikowka Krosno's goal looked a bit too open when Rueben Mawson came free, but Vance Eubank reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rueben Mawson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vance Eubank having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in OZS Guzikowka Krosno's zone, Rueben Mawson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vance Eubank came out of the goal and Rueben Mawson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zack Gough made an important save on a dangerous shot by Brad Hargraves in the 20th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joe Froggatt in the 23rd minute of play forced OZS Guzikowka Krosno's goalkeeper Vance Eubank to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vance Eubank made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rueben Mawson in the 26th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in OZS Guzikowka Krosno's zone, Rueben Mawson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vance Eubank came out of the goal and Rueben Mawson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Peter Neville received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Vance Eubank tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an all-out effort, OZS Guzikowka Krosno's Zack Gough threw himself towards the right post 35 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nigel Fletcher, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When Nottingham Drillerz's Rueben Mawson in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Nottingham Drillerz reached it. 80 minutes into the game, Kurt Higgins was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. OZS Guzikowka Krosno's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nottingham Drillerz the free kick. Nottingham Drillerz were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
