Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Harry Radcliffe in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adam Garnett prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Derek Scargill in the 35thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Adam Garnett, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 36th minute, Enfield FC's Harry Radcliffe ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Adam Garnett. Adam Garnett yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. 41 minutes into the match, Lasham's goalkeeper Adam Garnett had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Derek Scargill. Adam Garnett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harry Radcliffe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Harry Radcliffe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lasham's goalkeeper Adam Garnett, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denis Biernat in the 79th minute of play forced Lasham's goalkeeper Adam Garnett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chris Auckland took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adam Garnett. Adam Garnett dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Derek Scargill sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adam Garnett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Derek Scargill in the 96th minute of play. Harry Radcliffe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adam Garnett having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Enfield FC had played much better football throughout.
