Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Pierce Goodwin made the kick off which started today's match. Ged Renton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iain Forrest in the 3rd minute of the match. Martyn Walsh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vernon Millman having to interfere. Football Club Azkero's defense didn't have a chance, in the 10th minute, when Pierce Goodwin scored to the left of an out of position Vernon Millman, making the score, 1-0. Martyn Walsh recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pierce Goodwin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Vernon Millman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vernon Millman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Martyn Walsh went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. 23 minutes into the match, Football Club Azkero's goalkeeper Vernon Millman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Martyn Walsh. After 24 played minutes Football Club Azkero got a freekick which was hit by Vince Couzens. If Martyn Walsh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Martyn Walsh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vernon Millman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pierce Goodwin in the 29th minute of the match. Vance Hancock kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 33rd minute Bollington City were awarded a corner. Ian Everard went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Ian Everard almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Football Club Azkero's Vernon Millman did a great save. 34 minutes into the game, Brad Sanderson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Football Club Azkero's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bollington City the free kick. Brad Sanderson hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. If Mattias Dalby had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Football Club Azkero's Iain Forrest got a free kick in the 46th minute. 47 minutes into the match, Bollington City's Ian Everard broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Mattias Dalby made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Football Club Azkero getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Bart Toovey hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pierce Goodwin in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vernon Millman saved Football Club Azkero from getting behind. 62 minutes into the match, Football Club Azkero's goal looked a bit too open when Martyn Walsh came free, but Vernon Millman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vernon Millman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pierce Goodwin in the 63rd minute of play. In the 65th minute Pierce Goodwin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vernon Millman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Martyn Walsh came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Bollington City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Martyn Walsh couldn't finish the play. Todd Hislop hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 73rd minute of the game. One of Bollington City:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Football Club Azkero:s goal. Ged Renton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mattias Dalby, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 82 minutes, Ged Renton successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 84th minute, Martyn Walsh ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vernon Millman was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Martyn Walsh hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Bollington City had played much better football throughout.
